Lately I’ve been fascinated with concrete! No, not the plain, old concrete used to make sidewalks but the concrete used to create beautiful, usable, modern furniture. From desks, tables and countertops to chairs, it seems concrete is popping up everywhere. I love the way it looks, especially the concrete tabletops and countertops. They’re sleek and modern but have the look and feel of stone. Trust me, you will see a DIY concrete project on this blog soon! Until then, here are some of my favorite concrete furniture inspiration pieces. Looking at these, can you guess what direction I’m going with my concrete furniture?

These concrete planters come as a set and look a lot more expensive than they are. They’re sleek and modern but the simplistic design will work with any style home.
This coffee table from Revival Supply Company is the perfect marriage of wood and concrete. I could also see design this as a dining room table. Love it!

The look of this lamp is perfect for a teen boy’s room to add ambivalent lighting! The stand without the bulb is only 3.5 so the Edison bulb (included with the base) will more than double the height.
Need more kitchen storage! This kitchen island by Home Styles on casters with a beautiful concrete top is fantastic! With two shelves, two drawers and two towel bars, you’ll have a place for everything. The top is not solid concrete but molded concrete over a light weight center. This makes it easy to move around. If you are having a party…you could even use this as a bar!
I love double duty furniture. This console can function as a sofa table, an entryway table or a bar at a party. The concrete top on this console table compliments the rustic design.
And seriously, I have no words for this bench! It speaks for itself!!! (I NEED this!)
I’m loving these concrete furniture pieces! I have the perfect place for a special concrete and wood piece. I’m working on a build with Quikrete and it’s going to be fabulous! And I promise, when it’s done – this will be the first place I share it!
